In accordance with the Circular No. CIR/OIAE/2/2011 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) dated June 3, 2011 and Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2012 dated August 13, 2012, SEBI has introduced SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) wherein the Investors can lodge an online complaint, if any they have against the Company.
